what is included:
• over 2200 authentic vintage pieces from 1930’s-2000’s . mostly women’s clothing including dresses, ensembles, tops, bottoms, coats, a lot of belts, some designer pieces, silk scarves, hats, some menswear, tees, some shoes, sunglasses, bags, crochet blankets.
• About 100 new pieces of women’s clothing: leggings, shirts, sweaters, dresses, pants
• 4 various retail racks in used condition
• Approx 500-600 standard plastic hangers
• about 1000 Hanger sizing markers
• 2 high quality retail female mannequin forms (one dress form type and one full size headless)
• all 27 gallon totes and vacuum seal bags
• USB drive (or CDR if preferred) with photos of the entire catalog, broken down by each tote and you will also have access to the online catalog hosted by us for 6 months.
 
Many items have already been measured and tagged. Just snap some photos and list them for sale! Every piece was hand picked and has provided us with a very comfortable living since 2007. We are relocating to an area where we will no longer have room for this business along with our other businesses, so we have no choice other than to sell at a fraction of what we paid. I’m also very willing to stay in contact to help and answer questions about how to research pricing, dating information, etc.
 
I have spent a lot of money over many years curating this collection so I know that there is a ton of money to be made on this lot for someone that is able to put the time into it.
 
The vast majority of this lot is authentic vintage so there will be pieces that need some repair, have discolorations, damage, may be used for project or costumes. Project/costume pieces are a huge market, too. But, with that said, we have been very selective about our inventory so most are wearable/sellable as they are. Repairs and imperfections are completely normal and expected with authentic vintage since some pieces are 80+ years old.
 
The new items are from the boutique section of our shop and are a nice flip for quick sales.
 
We will not be opening up for individual sales for this lot so please don’t ask to come shop or only buy certain eras.
 
The discounted price is for everything. Cash and/or feeless methods of payments talk. Open to 6 months of layaway for an additional $200.
